TERMS OF SERVICE – JELYGLAM

This site is operated by JELYGLAM (VYC LABS LIMITED). By accessing www.jelyglam.com and making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the site

By using this site, you represent that you:

  • Will provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Will not use the site for fraudulent or illegal purposes

Any violation may result in suspension of access to the site.

We strive to present our products with the greatest possible accuracy. However, slight variations (color, rendering, material) may occur depending on the screen and display conditions, particularly for transparent or jelly-effect materials.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:

  • Incorrect information
  • Payment issues

Once an order has been confirmed, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are displayed in euros (€)
  • Payment is due immediately upon ordering
  • Transactions are secured through third-party providers

We do not store any banking data.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are provided for guidance only:

  • Processing: 24 to 48 business hours
  • Delivery: 5 to 10 business days

This gives an estimated total time of 7 to 12 business days. Delays may occur beyond our control.

6. Returns and refunds

Return conditions are detailed in our Return and Refund Policy. Unused items in perfect condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

7. Liability

JELYGLAM cannot be held liable for:

  • Delivery delays attributable to carriers
  • Lost packages after delivery has been confirmed
  • Improper use of the product

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.

All elements of the site (text, images, logo, design) are protected. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
