SHIPPING POLICY – JELYGLAM

At JELYGLAM, we do everything we can to ensure reliable delivery within the shortest possible time.

1. Delivery areas

We currently deliver to the following countries:

  • France
  • Belgium
  • Switzerland
  • (Other European countries, subject to availability)

2. Processing time

All orders are processed within:

  • 24 to 48 business hours

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

3. Delivery times

Once your order has been shipped:

  • Estimated delivery: 5 to 10 business days

4. Total time

The average overall time is therefore: 👉 7 to 12 business days (processing + delivery)

These times are indicative and may vary depending on:

  • The time of year (high demand, holidays…)
  • Logistical conditions
  • Possible customs checks

5. Shipping costs

  • Shipping may be free depending on current offers
  • Otherwise, fees are shown at checkout

6. Order tracking

Once your order has shipped:

  • A tracking number will be sent to you by email
  • You will be able to track your package online

There may be a delay of 2 to 5 days before tracking is activated.

7. Delivery delays

In the event of a delay:

  • This may be due to the carrier or exceptional circumstances
  • JELYGLAM cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control

We remain available to assist you should any issue arise.

8. Undelivered packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Check with people close to you / neighbors
  • Contact the carrier

An investigation may be opened. However, JELYGLAM cannot be held liable once the carrier has confirmed delivery.

9. Incorrect address

The customer is responsible for the delivery information provided. In the event of an error:

  • No refund can be guaranteed
  • Additional fees may apply for reshipment

10. Returned packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a pickup point, reshipment may be offered at the customer's expense.
