TERMS OF SALE – JELYGLAM

These Terms of Sale govern all sales concluded between JELYGLAM (VYC LABS LIMITED) and its customers via the site www.jelyglam.com.

2. Scope of application

These Terms of Sale apply to any order placed on www.jelyglam.com by a consumer (a non-professional individual). Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

3. Products

JELYGLAM is a fashion accessories store specializing in bags and leather goods. Available products are described with the greatest care (photos, descriptions, materials, dimensions). However, slight rendering variations may occur depending on the screen used, particularly for colors and transparent or jelly-effect materials.

We reserve the right to modify our catalog at any time without notice.

4. Prices

  • Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included
  • Shipping fees are shown separately at checkout
  • JELYGLAM reserves the right to change its prices at any time
  • The price applicable is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed

5. Ordering

An order is confirmed after:

  • Selecting items and adding them to the cart
  • Entering delivery information
  • Choosing a payment method and confirming
  • Receiving an order confirmation email

JELYGLAM reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or a payment issue.

6. Payment

  • Payment is due immediately upon ordering
  • Transactions are secured via Shopify Payments and its partners (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
  • No banking data is stored by JELYGLAM

In the event of a declined or fraudulent payment, the order will be automatically cancelled.

7. Delivery

Orders are shipped to France, Belgium, Switzerland, and other European countries subject to availability.

Estimated timeframes:

  • Processing: 24 to 48 business hours
  • Delivery: 5 to 10 business days

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided. In the event of an incorrect address, JELYGLAM cannot be held liable for non-delivery.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

9. Returns and exchanges

To be accepted, any returned item must be:

  • Unused
  • In perfect condition, in its original packaging, with any accessories (charms, pouches, gift box)
  • Returned within 14 days of receipt

10. Legal warranties

In accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.

In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer has 2 years from delivery to take action. JELYGLAM will proceed with a replacement or refund at no cost to the customer.

11. Liability

JELYGLAM cannot be held liable for:

  • Delivery delays attributable to carriers
  • Losses or damage occurring after delivery has been confirmed
  • Any non-compliant use of the products

JELYGLAM's liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

12. Intellectual property

All elements of the site www.jelyglam.com (text, visuals, logo, design, photographs) are the exclusive property of VYC LABS LIMITED and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

13. Personal data

Data collected when placing an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.jelyglam.com.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. The customer may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
